Inspired by the family recipes of Breton fishermen. In the old days, when they were at sea, fishermen would prepare a soup from the best pieces of fish in the evening. The cannery la belle-iloise has recreated this rich and convivial recipe in the purest respect for tradition, to delight you and your guests.
More sophisticated than its previous version, the Cotriade has lost none of its charm. They simmered several fish (conger eel, gurnard, mackerel) with vegetables, herbs and a touch of white wine. They also added some nice pieces of hake!
Tips: simply open and heat without bringing to the boil, and enjoy! This soup can be eaten as a starter or as a main course.
