A complete and balanced meal!
A soup-meal with an evocative name for a recipe that's both traditional and subtle... On their return from fishing, fishermen were entitled to a batch of fish called "la Godaille". They cooked it with vegetables from the garden to make a rich and complete soup.
La Belle-Iloise reinterprets this classic: white wine, conger eel, shrimp, lobster and herbs simmer together to create a richly flavoured broth in which chunks of pollock, potatoes , leeks and fennel cook. Delicious and invigorating!
Usage tips: shake well before opening, heat without boiling, and serve. This soup can be enjoyed as a starter for two people or as a main course for one person.
Topping ideas: prepare buckwheat crisps by cutting buckwheat pancakes into small squares and baking them in the oven at 170°C for 10 to 15 minutes. When serving the soup, add a spoonful of whipped cream, sprinkle with buckwheat crisps and flat-leaf parsley!
