THE PÂTÉ MATURED BY THE ANGELS.

This evocative name is a direct allusion to one of the many medicinal virtues of Armagnac. According to a text from the priory of Eauze in 1310, a glass of Armagnac would cure many illnesses, and therefore allow you to live a long time.

The eternal, accompanied by its phrase "The pâté matured by the angels" refers here to the often forgotten phenomenon of the natural evaporation of alcohol during its aging in barrels, symbolically called "The share of the Angels".

Deliciously enhanced by a drop of Armagnac, we find the delicacy and finesse of all its aromas. This touch of elegance brings it lightness and refinement. Subtly dosed, the Armagnac brings all its complexity to this exceptional farce while avoiding that hint of bitterness that is sometimes too pronounced.

Ingredients: Meat, throat and liver of Prince Noir de Biscay pork, salt, pepper, garlic, a drop of Laballe Armagnac, and a pinch of love.
