Like the intoxication of love, this recipe is the perfect blend between the delicacy of the flesh of Landes chicken, and the charm of a beer refined and aged in oak barrels. This sacred union brings a light caramelized note, adding a hint of gluttony to these very unique rillettes.
 
Ingredients: Yellow Landes chicken meat, duck meat, barley wine beer from the Lugazaut brewery (4%), salt, garlic, pepper and a pinch of love.
