Sardines (55%), water, extra virgin olive oil, red peppers, red wine vinegar (sulphites), tomato concentrate, onions, Bayonne ham (2.6%), salt, potato starch, garlic, oregano, Espelette pepper (0.5%), spices.

A flavour-packed recipe in which sardines are married with Bayonne ham. The combination is enhanced with Espelette pepper to underscore its Basque character.
