Sardines (70%), extra-virgin olive oil (15.7%), lemon (3.65%), water, red and green chilli peppers (3.5%), spirit vinegar, salt, spices, potato starch.

A balance between heat and fruitiness. A recipe with some heat, but not too much…Just enough peppers to obtain a subtle balance of flavours. Including both red and green peppers broadens the range of flavours and gives the recipe a more colourful character.
